Individual Therapy

My passion is for providing therapy that is inclusive and supportive. I always strive to be anti-racist, and to be affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and fat people. I work primarily with women and female-identifying clients, who may be struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD. I have a particular clinical interest in early parenting experiences, as well as working with families impacted by the child welfare system. I also have experience working with healthcare professionals and college students.

All services are currently Telehealth. I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Fallon, Optum (MGB, UBH), and several MassHealth plans (MGB, Fallon, Wellsense, MBHP, and MBHP-umbrella community plans). Fees for private pay services are $185 for intake, and $160 for ongoing sessions, and I can provide superbills as needed.
