CPCS Social Services Expert Vendor

I am an approved Social Services Expert Vendor for the Committee for Public Counsel Services. My unique combination of professional experiences makes me a strong asset to a legal team representing families in Care and Protections and related proceedings. In my 9 years as a social worker at the Department of Children and Families, I worked with over 500 families to address alleged abuse and neglect, and to support parents in working towards their goals whether they are reunification, maintaining a safe relationship when reunification is not the goal (DCF/court permitting), or as basic as nurturing their children's development.

Services include:

  • Clinical social work support towards consistent progress on an action plan, resource identification and referral, Family Time Visit observation and feedback, and facilitating productive communication with DCF. 

  • Parenting assessments

  • Prenatal support for parents who are pregnant while their older child is in DCF custody

Credentials:

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Massachusetts

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Maine and Rhode Island

  • Advanced Certificate in the Relational and Contextual Treatment of Trauma, Simmons College

  • Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice, Boston College

  • Trained Facilitator, Nurturing Fathers Program

  • Masters in Social Work, Simmons College 

  • Bachelors in Social Work, Wheelock College
